We would like to say THANK YOU to everyone who has held our community up in prayer over the past three weeks!  God HAS answered, and is STILL answering those prayers.  Through the outpouring of financial, physical, emotional, and spiritual help that the whole country has overwhelmed us with, we have been able to make substantial steps forward toward the healing of the devestation that was caused by the F4 tornado.

Words cannot truly express the gratitude that the citizens of Harrisburg and the surrounding effected areas feel. We continue to pray that as the love of God has been reflected through your help, we too will reflect HIS love to others in need.  Please continue to remember all the communities who have been effected by these early season tornados.  Our prayer is that God's love is able to touch each and every hurting heart so that they will know that HE loves them more than they can EVER understand and that He WILL will take care of them.

We would like to thank all the agencies who have come out to help us in our time of need, including Operation Blessing and Samaritan's Purse. Galatians 6:2 says "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ".    Harrisburg prays that each of the volunteers receive a special blessing from God and that God continues to bless each ministry as they go out and do HIS work.

If you would still like to be of help, please find listed below the most current information that we here at MABC have as to "what" is needed/being used "where" in Harrisburg:  Volunteers are ALWAYS needed!!

Verse of the day

“For, “All people are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field; the grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of the Lord endures forever.” And this is the word that was preached to you.” (1 Peter 1:24-25)  listen to chapter  (Read by Max McLean.
